Varun Dhawan and Neetu Kapoor have been found to be corona positive. Earlier in the day, Anil Kapoor took to Twitter and denied the rumors that he has also tested positive for coronavirus.
“In the interest of putting any rumors to rest, I have tested negative for COVID-19. Thank you all for your concern and good wishes,” Anil Kapoor tweeted. Actually, the trio was shooting the film Jug Jug Jio in Chandigarh. According to the Filmfare report, along with Neetu and Varun, the film’s directors have also been found to be Corona positive. The shooting of the film has been stopped at the moment.
According to a source close to the family, Neetu, 62, is now flying back to Mumbai after her actor-son Ranbir Kapoor made necessary arrangements.
Dhawan and the film’s director Raj Mehta, who has also contracted the novel virus, have decided to quarantine in Chandigarh.
Let us tell that in the film Jug Jug Jio, apart from Anil Kapoor, Neetu and Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Prajakta Koli are also there. However, no information has been revealed about Kiara and Prajakta.
